A Small WTF I Forgot to Say About House 8X21

It has nothing to do with the plot but I literally said out loud "What?" when Wilson walked out of House's apartment and then down the hall to leave. Where was he going? The building's front door is right there by House's apartment door. Walk out House's door, turn right, and BAM there's the building door.

Remember the Season Two ep where Wilson slept on the stoop until House came out and got him? You could see the inside of House's apartment from the stoop. That's the one I remember most vividly, but I'm 99% sure it was also established definitively in other episodes -- such as the "Alvie comes back" one.

SO WHERE WAS WILSON GOING, WALKING DOWN THE HALL?

LOLOLOL I was thinking the same thing when I watched it! Maybe he came in from the back door that leads to a small parking lot for the apartment building so he was going back out that way!
