On last night's Colbert Report, he mentioned mpreg, saying, "Teenage boys, you can get pregnant too. Sometimes it goes back up and you grow a baby in your ball sack."

This image of mpreg physiology is one I had never considered. O_O XD \o/

I really have no way to know if someone is joking unless I have spent a good deal of time getting to know them; as that was not the case here, I had no way to understand what you were trying to communicate, leading to an immense amount of difficulty on my end.
