BACKSTORY PIECE OF INFORMATION ABOUT WILSON'S LONG-LOST BROTHER!
RSL said at the Fox Winter Party that Wilson's brother is schizophrenic. This had been guessed by many, but this is the first time I've heard it stated by anyone involved with the show.
It's unlikely Wilson would have schizophrenia, as that generally manifests before you're middle-aged. However, another mental illness like bipolar disorder could show up later.
And as they said in DNR:
Wilson: So, the family history thing… House: Every family has some history of heart disease. Wilson: And mental illness.
