After vidding, I'm a little tired of the song too (and Bironic pointed out how harsh the singer's voice is), but couldn't get the idea out of my head, of it fitting with the end of season seven. Thanks!

I think you did a great job in noticing how well this song could work for this pairing (or lack of pairing :) ) and using an array of clips to depict an emotional arc when the lyrics mostly don't change. I hope more House people give it a look!
