Kal Penn is supposedly in the finale too. So Wilson being there doesn't really mean much as to whether Wilson will be alive.

Some stuff that was vaguely interesting re. the team and POTW, and then Dominika started to make out with House, then she found out he'd hid her naturalization papers from her. So she left.

House is bitching to Wilson about everything, and Wilson replies, "I have cancer. Stage Two thymoma. I didn't want to tell you until the tests came in, and now they have."

O_O

Promo for next week is House trying to cure Wilson at House's apartment, with Wilson refusing to go to the hospital.

... When I saw the descriptions for the next 4 eps I thought it looked like Wilson was sick, but I thought I must be wrong because I usually am. How did he suspect he had it? Heck, how did he figure it out before House did?
Stage II, that's good though. He's not necessarily dying.

I'm pretty sure the medicine is going to have no relation to reality in the next few eps. The treatment for Stage 2 thymoma is surgery, usually not with chemo. And, as you point out, it has an excellent survival rate.

I saw it in the H/W community, it was posted there. Freaky. I'm trying to understand why, if we/Wilson is to believe he's dying, they would choose a cancer with a 90% survival rate to give him.

Or the treatment kills Wilson, so House blames himself because if he hadn't gone along with it Wilson would have lived. That's the part that amazes me, that House is going along with Wilson's nutty plan. (Of course I'm judging by a PROMO...)

I don't know what to think. In some ways it's...not a surprise. OF COURSE David Shore is going to torture House and Wilson as much as he possibly can. :(
I almost feel like the 'Wilson has cancer' scenario is a little too obvious. But I haven't seen the episode yet, so I'll reserve my judgement. Now I'm worried that Thirteen will come back because House needs help letting Wilson go or something horrible like that. I want a meaty story line for House and Wilson, but I don't want either of them DEAD!

Wilson tells House he has stage two Thymoma cancer. Previews for the next episode have Wilson apparently trying a treatment that doesn't appear to work. He begs House at one point to not take him to the hospital to die...

I must check out Wilson wearing his lab coat while at his desk. That's very uncharacteristic of him. Good catch.

The show is usually so misleading I was truly stunned at Wilson's announcement. From KL's tweets, it sounds like 8x20 is a road trip. The way everyone bounces back to health in previous episodes, I wouldn't be surprised if Wilson was on the mend... or maybe he and House are working on his bucket list. :(

The lab coat at desk was jarring to me; he was also staring into space, but it was the coat that surprised. If House hadn't been so caught up in Dominika (which I don't begrude him at all) he would've noticed it too.

Odette, RSL, and Omar all said the end was fitting for the show, so I am going to hold onto hope that it will end in a satisfying way. Hugh said, "Uplifting," but he also said House would do something to win Wilson back in Season Four, and House didn't, so Hugh I trust a little less.
