Bad for trans people, Black people, Puerto Rican people specifically, immigrants who are brown, non-immigrant people who are brown, disabled people, poor people, low-wage workers, medium-wage workers, high-wage workers who make less than $400k per year.

Bad for people who care for others, people who care about others, people who think telling the truth is important, people who care about objective reality existing.

Bad for the US economy. Bad for the planet's climate and future existence of human beings.

I'm sure that's not all.

Festivids assignment due Sunday, January 12, which I have selected a fandom and song for! RSL's play in Chicago in Feb, which I have already booked a hotel room for! 221B Con in April 2025. I'm so angry with my fellow Americans right now. Any tentative faith I had in humanity was just crushed.

And I'm terrified.

I'm there with you in those feelings. People have pointed out that we can call those emotions grief and treat them like grief. Acknowledge the feelings, feel the feelings, and know that things will be different in the future.

We have to be there for each other and not let fear paralyze us long-term.

I saw so many people saying they won't vote for Harris because she supports ethnic cleansing in Gaza and I kept my mouth shut and now I wish I hadn't. TRUMP SUPPORTS IT TOO! Allowing him to get elected doesn't help Gaza and it hurts so many other people. All these people did was value their self-righteousness over the lives of others. I know these voters alone weren't the reason she lost, but it makes me angry.
