Well, that makes ‘sense’ to me

1. Is there a smell that will immediately sicken you?

Several smells make me uneasy (such as mulch). The one time I was immediately sickened by a smell, to the point of almost vomiting, was a batch of health-food cookies I had baked from The What to Eat When You're Expecting book. My husband had to seal them off and then throw them away. I never cooked anything else from that horrible book, which was also the most anxiety-inducing read ever.

2. When you want quiet, where do you go?

My bedroom, ah. Or sometimes to the mall or a grocery store, which is not silent but is not producing noise that requires something from me, as happens often at home.

3. Do you need/prefer total darkness when you sleep?

Yes please! Sometimes I need it so much I'll sleep with a t-shirt wrapped around my head (most eye masks are made of fabrics that aren't breathable enough for me).

4. What is your least favorite taste?

Licorice. Marzipan. Bruised fruit.

5. How heavily do you rely upon your sense of touch?

Not much.

I can certainly understand why you wouldn't want to make anything else from that cookbook. I am thinking it would have been my response as well.

While I do like licorice, I'm with you on the bruised fruit and marzipan... which is odd because I like almonds, just not almond flavoring.

Not liking marzipan is odd for me because I loooove sweet things, just not marzipan. (Or licorice, but that doesn't even taste sweet to me)

It's just something I've never been able to acquire a taste for.

Honestly, they are a little hit and miss, but keep the faith. My next one is the 15th!
