So in the same Glee episode where they mention RSL's film "In the Gloaming" (ep. 1-19), it's revealed for the first time that the teacher's ex-wife's maiden name is Terry Delmonico.

Which is the same name as the person I had Wilson remembering getting frisky in a diner booth with, in Lawn Guy. :D

(Unrelated: Neil Patrick Harris having hate-eye-sex with Jane Lynch? HOT.)

I just peeked over at your story. What an awesome little single scene fanfiction. Great banter and very funny!

And what a wild coincidence that the used the same name for Terry in Glee.

Hey, thanks! The mention of a kind-of obscure RSL film perked my ears up (it was in the context of discussing how Christopher Reeve had directed the film from his wheelchair, post-accident), and then the Terry Delmonico coincidence made me laugh.

When I read "The Accidental Tourist" back in the '90s, years after it had first been published, I sat up in bed when reading a passing account of the main female character remembering back in high school when she hung out with "Dana Scully and those guys."

And yes, I was an X-Files fan at the time.

Doesn't it give you a fun little thrill, those same-name coincidences? :D
