This is so beautiful, Dee. Thank you so much.
May I ask where you found the beautiful telescope image?
Also, did bironic share with you the image of young RSL lost in thought?
Fantastic job, and my thanks to everyone who helped you.

Thank you! I found the telescope image with a Google Images search. It's a cropped version of "Gas Pillars in the Eagle Nebula (M16): Pillars of Creation in a Star-Forming Region" and you can see more at this URL: http://hubblesite.org/gallery/album/pr1995044a/

The image of RSL was on my hard drive, but I'm pretty sure bironic is the one who sent it to me first. :) I like how pensive he is -- good match for how much thinking Wilson had to do throughout the fic.

What a lovely montage, it pretty much captures the entire story I think. I love the image of the glasses abandoned on the laptop, suggesting House has been up long hours trying to find solutions for wilson. And if thats what the aliens look like I think Wilson was very brave carrying one inside him :)

Thank you. The glasses on the laptop were the entire reason I picked that picture to include. And then a second laptop for Wilson's conversations -- he didn't use a webcam but it implies the personal interaction he shared with the aliens.

And I'm very happy you said the montage captures the whole story, because that's what I most wanted to do... but without giving away any of the twists.
