I couldn't remember what that was, so I asked a Brady-Bunch-fanatic friend.

Heh. The main plot sounds reasonably meaty and serious, so a sprinkling through of fun times will be a nice relief. : )

Sounds cute, but this show has become little more than pranks and no substance.

The main plot of the episode is a critical examination of the way House practices medicine, so I have some hope for that being interesting. Kath Lingenfelter has also hinted there is more intense "emotional" exploration of House and Wilson's relationship in the works for the spring, so we can see there.

Did you see the last episode? I thought Wilson having the cigar was not only sexy but showed his affinity for House -- an acknowledgement (conscious or subconscious) that he is like House in more ways than he sometimes admits.

Just to clarify, assuming you're talking about my exchange with Kath on Twitter, she didn't say "emotional" and she didn't say there was an exploration of House/Wilson's relationship coming in the spring. I certainly HOPE it's BOTH, of course.

I am trying to keep my hopes low for the A plot, and in fact not even think of it much, because it could go bad-fic wrong, as much as I hope it won't.

Angel's in America. He was great in it. He has this downtown way of talking, really cool and subdued.

Did you ever see HBO's version of Angels In America? Jeffrey Wright played Belize. I think he won a Golden Globe for his performance. He was also the lead in Basquiat.

I actually enjoyed this past week's episode of House -especially the Wilson bits. I loved it when he sputtered, "I don't what box to check!"
