Moving my House fics over to AO3, I re-read "After the Fire," written in Dec. 2007. It's sad how relevant it is to what's going on in the series today.

Or maybe it's more sad that so many things keep being recycled in the show. Friend of mine has a good vid idea related to that.

I'm doing all right, thinking about the concept of 'gourmet kosher' beyond 'really, really good vegetarian food' and pondering when to post certain fics next week.

Also trying to clean my room, but you know how that goes.

I'm just getting over the flu, which is tedious.

I'm hoping that tomorrow's House isn't going to be as bad as it could be (I'm going to assume it will be hideously bad, then hopefully I will be pleasantly surprised :D )

I did, and yes it is. It could be an awesome ep, but I've only really liked one ep so far this season, so I'm not getting my hopes up!

My life is work stress right now and it sucks, but I hope it will be better after this week.
I saw the Global promo for tomorrow's House episode and Hugh Laurie singing "Get Happy" scared the beejezuz out of me! I had nightmares, no joke.

It's weird -- when House started, I thought the show as going to be about House's downward spiral (or upward spiral)I thought that the Powers That Be had the whole fascinating arc planned out. But, I guess they didn't! (Perhaps that makes it more like Real Life.)

It feels good to get all one's computer archives sorted, doesn't it? Good for you!
