I suppose if one can die from laughter, any advanced state of arousal could cause a heart arrhythmia. Very sad, but somewhat understandable given human physiology.

Her death sounds very similar to those cases of seemingly healthy young athletes who dropped dead during practices. She might have had that arrhythmia since birth.
