If you could have me write a fic specifically for you, what would it be like? Fandom, characters/pairing, genre, plot elements, kinks (if applicable)...what's your ideal fic from me?

Oh, good question. I'll have to think about that.

That's an interesting question, because I think the fics I love most from you aren't the ones that I'd necessarily ask for. Hm.

Did you read On the Way (http://deelaundry.livejournal.com/176513.html)? I think that's my favorite devious Wilson, of the fics I've written.

REAL ANSWER: MORE PILLORY, AND/OR THE GREG WILSON UNIVERSE.

FAKE ANSWER: THE ENCHANTED CROSSOVER MY FRIEND AND I WERE JUST TALKING ABOUT HOW WE WANT TO READ BY DON'T WANT TO WRITE -- WHERE GISELLE COMES TO NYC AND INSTEAD OF MEETING ROBERT SHE MEETS STEVE ROGERS AND TONY STARK AND BRUCE WAYNE, AND TONY AND BRUCE THINK SHE'S NUTS, BUT STEVE DOESN'T AND GISELLE LIKES THAT AND THEN GISELLE AND STEVE FALL IN LOVE AND HELP TONY AND BRUCE REALIZE THEY NEED TO HAVE "TRUE LOVE'S KISS".

Good question. (thinks) I've got it. Lucas or someone else slips House some Vicodin in his food or drink to get him hooked again. (It doesn't have to be work.) Wilson finds out and takes revenge in a Wilsonian way: subtle, maybe even legal, but so completely nasty that the person is psychologically or financially or professionally ruined. And nobody but House believes that Wilson could have done it.

Oops, that should have read "It doesn't have to work." Meaning the attempt to get House using Vicodin again doesn't have to succeed.

Can't imagine why Lucas would do such a thing; I wonder who would?

Would it be possible to slip this particular substance into food or drink and not have it be instantly detectable by taste? Would there be some other way for someone (an associate of Tritter's, maybe?) to go about this?

I ask because I am intrigued, and I love the idea of Vengeful!Wilson.

ETA that oh, yes! A failed attempt would work, too!

Can't imagine why Lucas would do such a thing ...

I think it would definitely be possible to paint Lucas as a guy with hidden depths, who, if Cuddy ever started thinking of breaking off their relationship and trying again with House, would think nothing of drugging House and presenting the result to her as "once an addict, always an addict."

But then I'm not a Lucas fan. ;-)

I'm not a fan of Lucas' serious deficiency of discretion; I pretty much hated him at that moment when he blithely spilled so much sensitive, private information about House, over breakfast. But I don't see him as evil so much as annoying and lacking in social intelligence.

In canon, though, we have seen him follow a strange woman on the street because he thinks she's attractive, and we've seen what seems to be a weird thing for women's shoes, and ... yeah, a good writer could easily spin him into something much darker than he appears to be. And I'd totally read it. Especially if Wilson got to own him at the end.

No idea, but all the times we've seen House and Wilson drug and be drugged they've never noticed a taste.
Can't imagine why Lucas would do such a thing
I was thinking about a particular spoiler when I suggested Lucas. It doesn't matter who it is, just that they wholly deserve Wilson's retribution!

Well, I've looked up knockout drugs and there are a few that can be hidden in various drinks and aren't easy to taste.

But those aren't the kind of thing House takes, and I'm not sure if something like liquid morphine has a noticeable taste or not.

Spoiler sounds interesting. I'll wait and see. :-)

Lucas is working for Tritter. He's in Tritter's debt for some reason and this is how he's paying him back. His first contact with House (spying on Wilson) was recon and he thought that was the end of it but Tritter isn't done with him. (And to keep him from telling Cuddy about his past, Lucas has to do this new job for Tritter). Maybe?

My ideal fic from you, which totally isn't buttering you up, is whatever makes you happy to write. No, really. Totally whatever makes you happy.

If it happens to have something out of a comic book in it and the realistic ramifications of superpowers on the current judicial system, well, that'd be pretty great too. Or Wilson giving House a collar, because those are nifty. Definitely everyone being recognizable to who they are on the show. But yeah, whatever you want to write.

I have two, and one is far easier (I think) than the other.

I'd like to know more about House's Oma, in that one ficverse. Just ... anything having to do with her and House and maybe how that relates to who House is now. But this is mostly irrational and sentimental on my part, because it's my pet 'verse.

Perhaps even more than that, I'd like to see a story from John House's POV (or maybe Blythe's), about what it was like for House's parents during the year or so that House knew his father was dying, and never came to see him.

Honestly, I'd love to see you take that situation on in any way, from any POV, even if it's Wilson's when Wilson realizes that House had known and never went to see his parents during that time.

ETA that the thing about John's dying year is something I desperately want to write, but it just won't talk to me, and I think it fits your strengths better than mine. Your capacity to dig into the quiet, below-the-surface dynamics of relationships ... you always surprise me, showing me things in new ways, pointing things out that I'd have never seen.

I'd ask you to write something long and wonderful about the guy who is really House's dad finding out and coming to visit him. Oh, and he kind of freaks when he finds out House lives with Wilson.

Oh! Oh! I know!

It's in the MFS-verse, and there's snow, and House wants to play in the snow with Jack, but can't, of course, and, also: of course, instead of just shrugging and enjoying watching Wilson play in the snow with Jack through a window like a normal well-adjusted cripple would have done he goes ballistic, and poor Wilson bears the brunt of this, but handles it well and everyone is happy in the end.

Because, as we all know, House is really about me...

Something House/Wilson/Cuddy friendship with lots and lots of dialogue, because I love your House and Wilson voices, and would like to hear some more Cuddy. And some 13 snark thrown in.

Not counting the stuff you've already written for me, because that's already filled the 'ideal' requirement several times over, a couple of things come (lol) to mind:

Wilson giving House a bath, with lots of detail (listing muscles etc as per That Time Cameron Had Mono when they were locked in the ladies' room), but not in a sexual way, just a caring-for-a-friend, reassuring way.

House in a straitjacket, preferably involving lots of sexings (House and Wilson, nobody else, at Mayfield or somewhere else.)

For bonus points, can you remind me of the title of your fic where House and Wilson have a big row because Wilson has been cheating a bit, and House throws the TV remote in Wilson's direction, then makes him go outside and knock, and come in as House's friend that he wants to talk to? It's the one with the Mensa people in it. (Why can I remember fics in huge detail but not their titles?) I know I have it saved but I have a huge number of fics saved (and only listed by title, which now I come to think of it is really, really silly LD ) and I can't find it!

It's funny that you ask for that title in particular, because you're the one who came up with it! It's "Resolution," which is the sequel to "Respite."

[livejournal.com profile] rivers_bend and I wrote a fic about Wilson giving House a very sensual bath here (http://deelaundry.livejournal.com/9515.html).

I'll think about the straitjacket. Hmmmmm.

DUH, OF COURSE *smacks self upside head*

Stupid brain is stupid...

I'd forgotten there was a bath in 'Tension and Release' (it's another one I have saved) because I love the hands in it so much - off to re-read :D

Thinking about the straitjacket some more (such a hard thing to do, lol) I'd actually prefer it not at Mayfield. Maybe Wilson finds the thought of House-in-restraints sexy and feels guilty about it (since House was actually in restraints at Mayfield), so House buys him A Present... Or something.

Hmm. Something from your Pillory 'verse, maybe explicit H/W first!time or something w/ Wilson kicking Cameron's ass.
