I am about to go out and do real-life fun things! On a Wednesday night! This is shocking.

Some people were especially awesome to me during my hiatus last night, and I would like to thank them profusely.

While those words haven't left my lips (or fingertips), the thought has been there with each of the good friends I've made on LJ, and it is truly a blessing.

RL and RL friends can be a great change of pace.

A warped twist on the C.S. Lewis line (I realize that it is meant in a different way). One of my most precious friendships began between me and a co-worker when we bonded over our mutual obsession about tote bags. :D

But that's not warped at all; it fits perfectly with C.S.'s quote! I mean, the LJ friendships I've struck up have almost all been sparked by an interest in a TV show. That's not any more serious than tote bags.
