The drawn guy is a character called Deadpool (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deadpool), and the live guy is Ryan Reynolds, who played Deadpool in X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
The juxtaposition is awesome. I take no credit for it, though; this was a found JPG. :D
Yet another Movie I Need To See! (I did manage to catch a bit of it when it got leaked, though, but that was in the back of a cab and I did have to get out eventually. The driver was doing 100+ mph, so it wasn't like I caught any major plot points, unless you count Wolverine getting naked and jumping down a waterfall.)
