What's the name of the seam that joins the frontal bone to the pareital bone in the cranium?

I had an unfair advantage: One of my baby cousins has a big scar on her head right over her coronal suture because she was born with it closed and had to have surgery.

I was working backwards from a pocket medical dictionary's list of bones and cross-referencing with the Internet for correct vocabulary. Which is pretty much what one of my classes is teaching me to do already.

Too bad I can't claim fandom as extra credit.

It would be nice to be able to claim it, since everyone helps out their f-list with all kinds of research questions. It has to be good training for you.

In a multitude of ways - if nothing else, it's taught me there's usually a good reason for even the most unusual of questions.

KITTY! I read your latest but haven't commented yet. My son was trying to talk to me while I was reading it, and I was like GO AWAY.

How do you say "GO AWAY; MAMA'S READING AWESOMELY HOT PORN" without using the word porn?

A dilemma for the ages.

Hee! I'm still working on the socially-acceptable phrasing of "can't talk now, mother, I'm writing boy-porn." ;)

I have been absent for several reasons, none of which are particularly interesting.

ILU, though.
