Do you like acrobatics? The beauty of movement and athleticism, similar to that seen at Cirque du Soleil? Then watch the woman in this video. Wow.

According to the vid, her name is Felix Cane. My friend Googled her and found out she has worked for Cirque du Soleil, and also does "adult" work (nude dancing, pole dance contests, etc.).

I can't even imagine having strength and athleticism like that! O_O

For me, the kicker is that she's not overly muscular, just "Hi, watch me defy gravity with the greatest of ease! And look! Boobies!"

That is absolutely amazing. Like [livejournal.com profile] inlaterdays said, it looks like she is floating in some parts.
I've been to Cirque du Soleil shows, they are just amazing!

At 2:10, when only her back and ankles are touching the pole, I don't even know how the physics for that could be possible. I am so thoroughly impressed.

But how did she spin? What muscles pushed where to start and keep her spinning?

I am in pure amazement.

that was the part that had me going 0.o the most. Should Not Be Possible.

But that whole thing was utterly amazing and gorgeous.

Wow. There's the reason pole dancing has become such a popular workout method. She's spectacular.

Sure, she doesn't look strong, but no bodybuilder could ever put himself through that. I'll just be wolf-whistling over here.

Good lord, that's hypnotic! I'm not into acrobatics but I can see the strength and skill involved in that (and the spinning! How the hey does she do that?)
