A couple of random things on tonight's House episode

- Too many close-ups. It makes my eyes water to have so many really close close-ups.
- I knew Foreman and Thirteen were fake fighting in that one scene, but enjoyed it any way. House looked like he wanted popcorn.
- Wilson was HOT.
- Chase needs to cut his hair desperately, but I loved the scene with him and Cameron.
- House has a picture of Stephen Colbert on his desk! I love it! When House & Wilson finally come out of the closet, I want HL to go on The Colbert Report in character to break the news. (RSL can go on The Daily Show and talk about how he wishes he didn't have to do talk shows. He could also ask Jon Stewart the "Why a desk?" question.)
- Can't wait for next week. Mmmmm.

PS. I forgot something: Totally thought of [livejournal.com profile] bethctg2 when the Duran Duran reference came up. C'mon, House, just because a band's not in arenas doesn't mean it's not great. : )

I entertain the wild guess that Chase is growing his hair out long enough to put it into a bun.

Ooh, Chase with a bun...

Nope. I can't like it.

Other people look lovely with buns, but not him. He should shave as well. Because I say so!

:D

Everyone says he should shave. It's possible he's using it as cover for his boyish good looks, but I like the boyish good looks.

As it is, he's got it about long enough for pigtails. That, combined with clean cheeks, would probably be enough to get a fair bit of fandom in flames for one reason or another.

Did you see the preview? Foreman was giving House a double titty twister! When I saw that, I screamed, "OMG [livejournal.com profile] queenzulu is gonna cream when she sees that!"

The other parts: meh. I actually admitted to myself that this might be the beginning of Being Done With This Show. I'll still watch because I love Hugh and Robert, but the soap opera is so frustrating, and the premise of the show seems to be secondary nowadays.

I saw the preview! I screamed with laughter when Foreman did that!

I have since realized I'll be away next week and not able to watch the ep on Monday. :( Mr. L has threatened not to TiVo it. Mr. L has been kindly invited to sleep on the couch if that happens.

In a very silly interview-type video (http://www.fox.com/fod/play.php?sh=house&ep=1222132021679) with Lisa E., RSL asked why talk show hosts sit behind desks? "Is he like in an office? Is that why there's a desk there? Why is there a desk?"

I missed seeing the Stephen Colbert picture! *is disappointed*

And apparently I'm the only person who liked the close-ups. Hee.

Too many close-ups make me feel like I'm sitting in the front row of a movie theater. It's just me, though.

I think House knew the fight was fake, too -- he just wanted the entertainment. And for the two of them to challenge each other during diagnosis sessions.

Lotsa Wilson next week, I think!

**Chase needs to cut his hair desperately**
I personally loved the long hair, I thought he was very sexy!!!!
I missed the picture but I did record it so I'll have to check it out.
Next weeks show looks funny, did I really see Foreman twist House's nipples? I'm laughing now just thinking about it!!!

It's just a personal preference of mine, to have Chase with his shorter, well-groomed hair, and clean-shaven.

To each her own!

Yes, the promo showed Foreman twisting House's nipples. HEE!

It's hilariously meta. And I love how nobody pointed it out or mentioned it; it was just there in the background. Perfect.

You know, Colbert's wish list says he wants to spend a weekend with House. He could go to the set and shoot a little fake documentary.

Like the black-and-white thing in the "Ugly" episode. (Was that the name?) Wilson could spread some more lies about his friend.

That episode was called "Ugly," yes. And I would love to hear more totally false stories about House. :D House has told some wonderful whoppers about Wilson, too, yay!

Poo, for I cannot watch House until, like, next Tuesday. But Colbert! Hee, I missed that. I bet it is a meta reference to how Colbert has a huge TV crush on House. (Meeting House is/was on Colbert's fantasy board on his show.)

Also, close-ups of hate. Haaaaate. I was complaining the whole time to poor A. that this had to be Deran Serafian directing -- only it turns out it was some other guy Serafian must have corrupted and who has done a bunch of other eps this season that were similarly nausea-inducing (like the one with the agoraphobe).
