"Fidelity": Don't Divorce... from Courage Campaign on Vimeo.

So beautiful. I have to admit the ones with the kids got to me the most. What if someone came to me and said I couldn't have legal rights with the father of my kids?

Ohhhh my god. Well. That was a nice little cry :) I hadn't seen this yet; thanks so much for posting. Visited the site and signed the letter, naturally. Guh. That was beautiful and sad. The ones with the kids got me, too. I will never understand the opponents of this.

I think the song said it best: it breaks my heart. There's so much stupidity in the world and some gonzo decides to add to it.

Thanks for pointing this out to all of us, Dee - unbelievable in this day and age (and thank G*d that on this topic my little f*cked up country makes right decisions)

But this is a reminder that we have to do everything we can to keep it that way. Apparantly laws can be reversed. So sad.

It seems you have to be a US citizen for it to count - can you or someone provide me with a zipcode (or can I just make one up...)?

It's dreadful that some people think that they can actually forcibly nullify anyone's marriage. It's the 21st century!

(Using my WTF icon because I don't have one for 'WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THOSE PEOPLE?')

I had to stop watching the vid because I would have ended up a mixture of crying and REALLY REALLY ANGRY at the people who support this ridiculous campaign.

Edit: Not that I'm not really, really angry about it anyway.

You can look up any zips in the U.S.

Princeton, NJ 08540 or 08542
Plainsboro, NJ 08536

The one that really got to me was the couple that has been together 43 years. After all that time, they finally have legal status in each other's lives and Ken Starr wants to invalidate that.

There are some sick and stupid people out there.

Thank you! (And thank you for pointing out the address thing)

It really is beyond belief how narrow-minded and bigoted some people are.

And don't forget to make sure you have a location-neutral email address (like gmail, aol, hotmail or yahoo.)

I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know your House/Wilson/Kid story still hasn't left me. i found myself thinking of it again driving home today :( I am still so sad for Wilson how it all played out for him :( I feel like he was the big loser in that story :( i still wonder how his conversation with house went after he got house to talk to him when he initially left :( gah my heart just breaks for him at that thought -- (that's not criticism I love the story :) ) gah... so just wanted you to know your story has stuck with me :)

Thank you so much. It means a lot that you'd let me know you were thinking of the story. It was very sad.

I hope we get to the point in the US and throughout the world where no one ever feels like they have to hide or deny a loving relationship.

I agree that it's so sad ppl don't realise love in any form is beautiful. At least in your country same sex couples r free to be together. In my country it's still a big no no even though I don't think there's a law against it. Here they will never even give domestic partnership rights in a hundred years. Most people are so stupid that they condemn it totally. you live in a place with so much freedom. Be happy.

I am happy to live in the US where there are freedoms, and there's starting to be a change in the overall attitude of the country. Thanks.
