Friends (vid)

deelaundrybironic has put up with a lot from me. Recently (a.k.a., the past four or so years), one of the primary things up with which she has put is me deluging her with fannish ideas and then not following through.As a present for her, I finally followed through with one of the ideas. Not one she actually cared about, but, y'know.
Then it occurred to me that the bits around my idea (matching one verse of a song with a particular theme) could make a nice tribute to
bironic, because she's awesome. ♥The DVD commentary
- The pattern behind the titles is called "Blood Cells" because reasons
- The clips are so long in the beginning because my clips are always incredibly long
- The pic at 0:07 is the pic from which bironic's default icon was made ♥ (RSL in DPS)
- "Friends sing together" - First verse in was last verse vidded, because Bironic and I don't sing. Then the metaphorical meaning of 'sing praises' occurred to me and why yes, we both do like strong ladies, strange innuendo, and cuffs with buckles on them. Mmmm.
- "Friends do things together" - Photos from things we have done together (lunch, MoMA, con.txt, Broadway)
- "Friends laugh together" - Shaun the Sheep! Archer! Totally different sides of the animation spectrum; totally hilarious, both of them.
- "Friends make graphs together" - Gate_House comm, amazingly great beta on Pillory!verse, House/SGA crossover fanworks list, the 'verse that keeps on giving ("Out of the Blue" OT4), and bironic's gorgeous cover for Kennel Club
- "Friends walk together" - Photos from walks together (holiday lights, Brick Fair (Willy Wonka's factory), park)
- "Pop & lock together" - YAY, KINK BINGO! The last three are all pervertibles/kink in plain sight: House of Pain, Active Bottoms, sub Lime.
- "Me and him together" - HOUSE/WILSON 4EVA
- "Me and Jim forever" - TOS IS BETTER THAN JJ ALWAYS
- "My Uncle John" - genesis for this vid; see other post
- "La la la la friends" - DPS; Festivids 2012 when Bironic made the only happy fanvid ever from that movie; young RSL (sigh)
- "La la la la friends ping" - SGA: John and Rodney have guns pointing at them (and John looks turned on); John and Ronon are pointing guns at others (and Ronon looks turned on); John Sheppard is...; "A Different Princess"
(And we accidentally end on "Potter" ♥)
