I didn't picture the trim either. But, when you think about it, it makes perfect sense. After all, the reason for the wedding outfit is to look good for the groom and House knows that Wilson likes things coordinated like that (especially when they're green.)

The picture is the icing on the (wedding) cake. Simply wonderful.
