I'm in one of those nutsoid moods again, blah. Feeling anxious about:

- The funny little kid!ficlet I started three weeks ago is NOT DONE. It's also not a ficlet (3700 words & MAYBE 3/4 done) and the characters just went off on a side tangent and I want to stab myself. Max Pinga is the worst name for a porn star ever - Y/N?

- My brain will not get moving on my RSL BD Fic commitments until I finish the kid!fic. Glargh.

- bironic is wonderful and amazing and I never posted on how much I enjoyed meeting her in real life last Friday. *guilt*

- crack_van recs. Mine just seem so uninspired. The fics are great; the recs are blah. Anyone who wants to give concrit, I'll be happy to edit and also give you cookies.

I think Gaylord Peckering would either be the best or worst name for a porn star. I can't quite decide.

Max Pinga's great name for a porn star, your Kid!ficlet will be amazing even if it's a bit bigger than you thought it would be (hey! Kids grow! It's natural kid!fic's grow as well!) and tangents are love. Don't stab yourself. And your rec's are fine. I saw them, I know. You're way too hard on yourself. Give yourself a cookie, you deserve one!

They were already getting married in August -- RSL mentioned it in a recent interview.

The Israeli equestrian team didn't qualify for the Olympics so Gaby won't be going to China.

And her family is from California. So I don't imagine spending a few years in LA will be a problem.

I went to the link but it wouldn't work. Was it just hear-say or was it a quote from him? He is a hard man to keep up with! His interviews are few and far between and it's kind of his mission to say as little as possible when he does do them. And then add to the fact that I am about 50 pages behind on every thread in HHOW, and I might be the last person to find all things out these days.
Anyway, if it is true, good to know Gaby could move to LA and have family nearby.
Side-note, but I have been re-reading your old MST's, Dee, and I am in heaven! SO damn funny...

But I actually only meant that this news might get you in the mood for writing the kid!fic some more -- not that it would give you details to include.

Even though there are plenty of believable kid!fics in the House universe (yours included), I believe that both HL and RSL are/would be far, far better fathers than either House or Wilson would be.

I like your crack van recs - they sound fine to me. They make me want to read the story\watch the vid, and even if I didn't know you, they'd still do that - in fact, there are a couple there that I've re-read because of the recs.

I think Max Pinga is a great name, although I have to admit that it reminds me of Pingu (not sure whether you have Pingu in the US - if not, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pingu).
