"Let's say what the rules or categories would be if we each made a fanfic contest focusing on the kind of writing we like to do."

Alex's categories would be "Something improbable happens, and angst ensues" and "Improbable amounts of kinky sex occur."

Dee's categories would be:

- Suspension of Disbelief: Insane things happen but it kind of seems somewhat reasonable
- Yakkity-Yak: House and Wilson yammer on about something odd (must be dialogue only)
- Home and Hearth: Domestic fics, kid optional. Fics with children with unrealistic, cutesy speech patterns or behavior will be disqualified. (Genuine language delay or disability fine.)
- Hands Off: House-Wilson friendship fics, subtext optional
- What the Hell Is That?: Bizarre weird things not covered in Suspension of Disbelief category

Triedunture's Brain-tastic Fic Contest. Every year we crown the winner of The Best Use of Zombies in a Post-Apocalyptic, Semi-Scientific, Medically Improbable Slash Fan Fic (With Explosions).

Sadly, the only winners have been me and myself. I award myself a prize and throw me a party, but no one else comes.

I wasn't sure you had read it because I hadn't heard from you before. it's most of the House cast fighting zombies with some Shaun of the Dead type humor and a kick ass soundtrack, hence Iggy Pop in the title. It's in my LJ.
