Has This Ever Happened to You?

deelaundryA friend mentioned a favorite song that she listens to on loop, so I decided to check it out.
There were so many surprises along the way.
1. The title "The Adults Are Talking" made me think, ooh, I love a good "calm down, Manbaby" tale.
2. I read the lyrics and thought ok, not what I thought it was about, but interesting!
3. I listened to the song (YouTube but while looking at another tab) and thought wow, did not expect that tempo, but this might be a good vidding song.
4. I watched the official vid and thought, as this commenter said:
while listening to the album I thought of a thousand different possibilites for a music video of this song
not a single one of them were baseball with robots
