I am going to be on a plane for 5 hours and 55 minutes tomorrow (at least) and I DON'T WANNA.

Pout.

If my muse hadn't boogied off to points unknown, it'd be 5 hours of writing time -- gotta take minutes off for the "turn off all portable electronics" time at the beginning and end -- but she has and so it isn't. And for some reason my attention span for reading has similarly dwindled, so that won't provide much solace. Sigh.

Pout indeed. Six hours of airplane suck, and indeed reading/writing is one of the best ways to while away the time. I hope either your muse or at least your willingness to read will be back, or at least that you'll be able to sleep (also a great way to pass time on a moving vehicle imho - my main problem is to keep awake when I'm the one driving).

Best of luck, and I do very selfishly wish that your muse will be back soon and in the mood for some serious work.

That does suck. Next week I have a four-hour plane trip, followed by a 2.5 hour drive. Blech. I also hope your muse returns.

I don't think anyone wants six hours on an airplane. They want what's on the ground at the end of the ride. Can you nap through it, or use some audiobooks to pretend RSL is reading to you?

Also, don't forget to pack yourself at least one sandwich.

Yuck, on an airplane for six hours. Maybe your muse will come because the rest of your brain will be crazed with boredom and tell her to do something already. For selfish reasons I hope so.

Thank you for the sympathy, Dami. ♥ I am going to go get my inflatable neck pillow right now and pack it in my carry-on.

I'd say that's at least a while for daydreaming, but... that's really a long time just for daydreaming. :( Hope something sparks your interest for the duration.

I guess you're probably in the air by now, but in any event, I hope that good things await you at the end of your flight. Because yeah, flying ... I mean, it's 2011. Weren't we supposed to have matter transporters by now?
