Is Wilson on Facebook or Livejournal? Discuss.

He seems more like the Facebook type to me. House, of course, has sockpuppets everywhere. And a Myspace page for the fake indie band that he's LOLingly trolling with... but secretly wishes he was really in.

I think Wilson's on Facebook (as well as LinkedIn, of course), but I also think he is clueless when it comes to computers/the interwebs.

House has several LJ's as well and when there's a wank, he's lurking... Mwahahahahaha!

Facebook, since he'd actually use it for its intended purpose of keeping in touch with people. He'd either have movie posters or candid photos for his profile shot.

A while ago, someone made a little icon of the fandom lives of the main characters, which included House being a "fandom_wank bitchqueen."

Wilson got an account of facebook because of one of his kid patients told him he should, and that the kid patient could then "friend" him. Wilson reluctantly did so, and hadn't planned to do anything else, but then all of these other former patients and former interns tracked him down.

"I can't just ignore them," he told House.

"Sure you can." House slammed the laptop shut. "See?"

Wilson now secretly updates, and changes his password every day to keep House from hacking the account. (He learned that lesson the hard way.)

You know RSL cornered one or more of the writers and subjected them to quite the harangue on the senselessness of using nouns as verbs. "Befriended! Perfectly good word!"

"Robert, today people --"

"Is she going to 'impact' me next? When we go out on this date, will we 'food' instead of eat? Maybe afterward we'll 'sex'?"

Wilson did get an iPhone relatively soon after its introduction... but yeah, you're probably right that he doesn't understand half of what it does. : )

Facebook, since he'd actually use it for its intended purpose of keeping in touch with people. - I totally think he would! Not spend a lot of time per person, but still check in with ex-co-workers and patients and alumni of his colleges (except he BANNED that ex-roommate who put him in the porno! And then un-banned him when the guy apologized and sent pictures of his cute little kids.)

House is TOTALLY a fandom_wank bitchqueen. Stupidfree, as well.

I think of LiveJournal as a place where people connect based on mutual interests rather than on having known each other previously. I was on LJ for ages before writing anything about myself. : )

But even with that, I do think Wilson would be on Facebook over LJ.

Hee, I think an ep earlier this season established that Foreman is on Facebook...but has only 3 friends listed. This was when he was still dating 13, so maybe she pushed him into it. *g*

This is now my canon. That, and a claim someone made a long time ago (I wish I remembered who) that House has an LJ account and trolls amipregnant.
Actually, when you think about it there must be a huge number of people with the name James Wilson on Facebook. It just seems like a name that would be very common. But I expect most of them didn't have parents who would give then a name starting with E as a middle name.

I remembered that ep, but mistakenly thought it was Thirteen's account. OK, new supposition is that she encouraged him to do it, but after the patient commented on the sexy picture, Foreman bahleeted himself.
