So, while waiting for Remix to open, I've been posting some works to AO3. I seem to be the first to want to tag something as "Dialogue only" which I find strange. Anyway... When tagging a fic, I typed in h - u - m.

The first three choices that popped up were:

Humor

Humiliation

Human Resources

I think there's a fic to be made out of that. :D

Mr. L keeps trying to talk to me, and I keep waving him away. "I am trying to read Remix!"

Anyway, I think y'all should read all four House remixes this year.

Civilization and its Discontents (the Shut My Mouth remix), Mature rating, House/Wilson, is the remix of one of my stories. My first reaction was, "You picked that to remix?" and my second reaction was "Great job!" (Remix of the dialogue-only ficlet “In Which Wilson is, by Some Definitions, a Troglodyte”)

ship turned (Balancing the Equation Remix), Explicit rating, House/Wilson/Amber threesome, has a great Amber voice. Summary: Amber was always the girl who made the rest of the class groan every time she raised her hand.

Standstill (The Wheels on the Bus Remix), Teen and Up rating, follows House after the end of Season Four. Sad but beautiful in its own way. Summary: There are some things even House can't cure.

In Your Shoes (The Inside-Out and Upside Down Changeling Remix), Mature rating, is the aftermath of a very different decision by Amber on the night of the bus crash. (Author warns for non-con; I'd call it dubious consent.) Summary: Amber and House disagree on what constitutes an apology.

PS. Please comment on the fics!

PPS. If you can guess which fix is the remix I wrote, you will win a prize. (Cash value = $0. Offer void where prohibited.) One hint only: It's not in the four that are listed above.

PPPS. Oh, OK, one more hint: There is a one-word clue in the story itself. I didn't intend to put it in there, but while writing, it just came out naturally.
