Inside Message on a Public Forum

After reading so much entitled whining by straight women writers who are no longer eligible for Lambda Literary Awards, I would like to apologize to spoggly for saying, a while ago, "Gay rights is my cause, too."

It's a cause I have supported and will continue to support for as long as it takes (forever seems a likely amount of time, unfortunately), but it was rude of me to use a pronoun implying an ownership stake in the cause when I don't have one.
