Title: In for a Pound
Author: Dee Laundry
Pairing: House/Wilson, Sheppard/McKay, House/Wilson/Sheppard/McKay
Rating: NC-17
Words: 23,900
Summary: Two days, four men, one California King mattress. Sometimes two and two can add up to something more.
Spoilers: Through "Whatever It Takes" (ep. 4-6) for House; through "Quarantine" (ep. 4-13) for Stargate Atlantis. Story takes place approximately four years after those events.
Notes: Stargate Atlantis/House MD crossover. Can be read standalone but is a sequel to Out of the Blue (takes place prior to that story's epilogue). All thanks and adoration to my marvelous betas (and sanity keepers) [livejournal.com profile] bironic, [livejournal.com profile] daisylily, and [livejournal.com profile] nightdog_writes. Several of Brahms' works can be found at http://pianoeducation.org/pnollist.html.

Special Note: Cover art! [livejournal.com profile] yevgenie and [livejournal.com profile] thedeadparrot created cover art for this story, available at the link below. Marvel at the awesomeness and then leave them feedback too!

When House started to wake, he drifted for several long seconds trying to piece together where he was. The mattress was harder than expected, the sheets smelled funny, and there was something odd about Wilson's breathing. Da-di-dum-dum: House was mentally humming along with the new rhythm, and then it hit him.

He could hear more than one person.

Read the rest at AO3. There is also a very short sequel there.

Okay, I've already checked back 15 or 20 times (or 25 or 30.) Can you give a ballpark estimate as to when the link will be up?

I'm sorry - I have to wait for the BigBang mods to open the archive, which will be tonight... after I've already gone to bed. I should be up 7 am or so (Eastern Time) tomorrow and will put the link in then.

The link's there. The archive's up! SO MANY STORIES; I'm running in circles trying to decide what to read first.

Waaaaaaaa. There's no way I can read 20,000+ word fics in an hour. I'm going to have to leave them until I get home from brunch, etc. with Dad.

Oh YES! This was SO going to be the first bigbang fic I read, as I LOVED Out of the Blue. Despite not knowing anything about SGA. And I still don't know anything about SGA, and it still doesn't matter, because House/Wilson & other men is so one of my kinks and this was just SUPERB.

So many fab lines (I particularly liked "I just needed time to get my head out of my ass so he could get his dick up there" ), so many fab scenes (Wilson & Rodney hurrying back to the house, & then the others bashing on the door!), and of course the sex was just mind-blowingly hot. Especially Wilson being woken up by his fantasy coming true. Phew! And the joy of having 20K+ words of it to read! *goes off to lie down & recover senses*

Thanks so much! Wilson got to have a lot of fun during the weekend: getting to do couple-y stuff, and have a "date," and have a ton of sex, and get his fantasy (both his fantasies) fulfilled...

A scene keeps popping into my mind, six months or so after this story, in which Sheppard shows up at the hospital and asks for House. "I'm a friend of his," he says nonchalantly. Foreman, Kutner, and Taub step forward protectively, staring Sheppard down, and Thirteen calls Security, because obviously this has to be an undercover cop or a gunman. Then House steps out of his office and welcomes Sheppard in, and everyone is quite befuddled. : )

I got soft shelled crabs (which is my favorite food in the universe.) This was almost as good. And way, way hotter.

The last morning, when they all woke Wilson up, was... gah!

The "waking up Wilson" scene seems to be a favorite. That's the point of having foursome, really, to do some things you can't do with fewer people. : )

Thanks!

Or just read the fanfic, which is an entity unto itself! We have a community called [livejournal.com profile] gate_house with fans of both House and SGA, if you'd like some SGA recs from familiar faces. : )

Thanks!

Between you, Nightdog, and Perspi, I know I like the writing, and I figure if you guys like the show, I will too. I just have a hard time remembering when anything but House is scheduled to air. (and with that moving days I will be really confused.)

OMG DEE! You wrote me porn! (Okay, I know you didn't actually write it JUST for me, but. I like my own little world, here, mmm-kay?)

Smoking hot. Holy hell, iz liek burning. But you know what I really loved? All the little character moments in-between, like Sheppard and House getting into the football argument, and Wilson and Rodney's date, and spilling secrets even though it's against the rules, and playing piano, and John and House's fight. And OH! The magical Ancient tech that allows House The Fuck He Really Wants! EEEE!

Foursomes are so, so, awesome. How did you manage to write so many scenes, so creatively, without any of them feeling repetitive? HOW DID YOU DO THAT? *is so impressed*

*mems so hard*

It is for you! So glad you liked it! We can't post stories to comms until April 7 -- do you think mckay-shep would like it then?

(I also liked the image of Sheppard and House playing videogames and eating barbeque in their undershorts. Hee.)

The fact that Ancient tech could (reasonably) plausibly produce a "super sports wrap" was so, so awesome. And not only did House get the fuck he really wants, he got the chance to be physical during the workout in a way he misses. (This thought just this second occurred to me: Don't you think House would like playing murderball? I bet he'd love it. Wilson would have a conniption, though.)

The sex scenes in this were the first things I plotted out, and having four men to work with gave me free rein to explore lots of different combinations. In fact, the fic was supposed to be a PWP, but none of the characters would stop talking. : )

Now I need someone to make me a foursome icon. Mmmm.

Thanks!

OH, yes--it should definitely go to McKay-Shep, or the Noticeboard, at least. It deserves much readership!!!

Also? OH GOD would House ever love playing murderball. He'd be good, too--he's ruthless and has that long, long reach. I don't think Wilson would be able to watch, though.

Wow, I´m speechlees. 0__0

This is the best foursome fic I´ve ever read, it´s utterly hot, and I don´t even watch Stargate.

Everything I know about SG:A comes from your stories (though Beckett's turtles live in our prop shop), and now I can't bring myself to watch it, because I'll be horribly disappointed by the lack of hot foursome sex.

This was absolutely wonderful. Beyond the sex (though, really, it's hard to think beyond those four in one bed), there were some lovely character moments - Wilson being surprised and then grateful at the chance to talk about his feelings, House getting the opportunity to fight (and fight for Wilson), and Wilson wanting to haven given that happiness to him and then realizing it didn't matter. And John and Rodney moving to a better place (relationship and space wise!). So fantastic!

As someone who was named after a great-uncle (who went by Tommy, WTF?), I can say that Meredith is definitely a boy's name - at least until it became moderately trendy for girls sometime towards the end of the 20th century :)

Sheppard was a flirt, too, but with a more scatter-shot approach: wide scope, catching everyone. James' flirting was more like a laser beam, concentrated and heat-inducing. Very true, for both of them.

Thank you! I hope I didn't imply that Wilson wants to talk about his feelings all the time; it's only that House never asks. It's also amusing because Rodney didn't exactly ask. But he didn't mind listening. : )

Wilson got a lot out of the weekend, I realized after I'd finished writing. A lot. (Can't tell which character I like best, can you?)

I know Meredith is legitimately a male name, but on SGA Rodney is quite embarrassed about it, so it needed a little teasing here.

Thanks! I hadn't thought about it until I was actually writing that sentence, but it seemed appropriate.
