Title: In for a Pound
Author: Dee Laundry
Pairing: House/Wilson, Sheppard/McKay, House/Wilson/Sheppard/McKay
Rating: NC-17
Words: 23,900
Summary: Two days, four men, one California King mattress. Sometimes two and two can add up to something more.
Spoilers: Through "Whatever It Takes" (ep. 4-6) for House; through "Quarantine" (ep. 4-13) for Stargate Atlantis. Story takes place approximately four years after those events.
Notes: Stargate Atlantis/House MD crossover. Can be read standalone but is a sequel to Out of the Blue (takes place prior to that story's epilogue). All thanks and adoration to my marvelous betas (and sanity keepers)

yevgenie and
thedeadparrot created cover art for this story, available at the link below. Marvel at the awesomeness and then leave them feedback too!
When House started to wake, he drifted for several long seconds trying to piece together where he was. The mattress was harder than expected, the sheets smelled funny, and there was something odd about Wilson's breathing. Da-di-dum-dum: House was mentally humming along with the new rhythm, and then it hit him.
He could hear more than one person.
Read the rest at AO3. There is also a very short sequel there.

Date: 2008-03-30 03:41 pm (UTC)So many fab lines (I particularly liked "I just needed time to get my head out of my ass so he could get his dick up there" ), so many fab scenes (Wilson & Rodney hurrying back to the house, & then the others bashing on the door!), and of course the sex was just mind-blowingly hot. Especially Wilson being woken up by his fantasy coming true. Phew! And the joy of having 20K+ words of it to read! *goes off to lie down & recover senses*

Date: 2008-03-30 08:10 pm (UTC)A scene keeps popping into my mind, six months or so after this story, in which Sheppard shows up at the hospital and asks for House. "I'm a friend of his," he says nonchalantly. Foreman, Kutner, and Taub step forward protectively, staring Sheppard down, and Thirteen calls Security, because obviously this has to be an undercover cop or a gunman. Then House steps out of his office and welcomes Sheppard in, and everyone is quite befuddled. : )

Date: 2008-04-01 03:11 am (UTC)Smoking hot. Holy hell, iz liek burning. But you know what I really loved? All the little character moments in-between, like Sheppard and House getting into the football argument, and Wilson and Rodney's date, and spilling secrets even though it's against the rules, and playing piano, and John and House's fight. And OH! The magical Ancient tech that allows House The Fuck He Really Wants! EEEE!
Foursomes are so, so, awesome. How did you manage to write so many scenes, so creatively, without any of them feeling repetitive? HOW DID YOU DO THAT? *is so impressed*
*mems so hard*

Date: 2008-04-01 11:55 am (UTC)(I also liked the image of Sheppard and House playing videogames and eating barbeque in their undershorts. Hee.)
The fact that Ancient tech could (reasonably) plausibly produce a "super sports wrap" was so, so awesome. And not only did House get the fuck he really wants, he got the chance to be physical during the workout in a way he misses. (This thought just this second occurred to me: Don't you think House would like playing murderball? I bet he'd love it. Wilson would have a conniption, though.)
The sex scenes in this were the first things I plotted out, and having four men to work with gave me free rein to explore lots of different combinations. In fact, the fic was supposed to be a PWP, but none of the characters would stop talking. : )
Now I need someone to make me a foursome icon. Mmmm.
Thanks!

Date: 2008-04-01 02:43 pm (UTC)Also? OH GOD would House ever love playing murderball. He'd be good, too--he's ruthless and has that long, long reach. I don't think Wilson would be able to watch, though.

Date: 2008-04-01 05:58 pm (UTC)Wow, I´m speechlees. 0__0
This is the best foursome fic I´ve ever read, it´s utterly hot, and I don´t even watch Stargate.

Date: 2008-04-02 03:38 am (UTC)This was absolutely wonderful. Beyond the sex (though, really, it's hard to think beyond those four in one bed), there were some lovely character moments - Wilson being surprised and then grateful at the chance to talk about his feelings, House getting the opportunity to fight (and fight for Wilson), and Wilson wanting to haven given that happiness to him and then realizing it didn't matter. And John and Rodney moving to a better place (relationship and space wise!). So fantastic!
As someone who was named after a great-uncle (who went by Tommy, WTF?), I can say that Meredith is definitely a boy's name - at least until it became moderately trendy for girls sometime towards the end of the 20th century :)

Date: 2008-04-02 05:47 pm (UTC)Wilson got a lot out of the weekend, I realized after I'd finished writing. A lot. (Can't tell which character I like best, can you?)
I know Meredith is legitimately a male name, but on SGA Rodney is quite embarrassed about it, so it needed a little teasing here.
