MJ legalization, where did you come from? Surprised by that... but "treat it like alcohol" has always seemed the most logical thing to me, and apparently Colorado & Washington feel the same.

Yes, the MJ thing is bizarre as it is still against federal law, which trumps state law, or at least in this case I believe it does. It will certainly be interesting to see how this unfolds.

Personally, I've never used it and have no interest in it, but I feel it's ridiculous that we spend our money and manpower prosecuting nonviolent pot users. We have better things to do with those resources.
