As I wrote to savemoony above, thanks for noticing the Wilson reaction. I have it firmly implanted in my mind that the secret is only one of them can be sensitively earnest at a time. Otherwise, they're no longer men and/or the universe might implode. It's not that Wilson didn't appreciate House's speech (bet he steals the tape from Cuddy before the day's through); it's just that Cuddy pwning House is too, too awesome.
