Oh, Dee, this was utterly beautiful. I skimmed it quickly, because I just HAD to know what was happening. I will read and savor it again tomorrow. And I will probably cry more the second time around.

Everyone was so in-character, and House was so House, and Wilson was so Wilson, and Jack was so real and just as full a character as House and Wilson.
