House looks so serious in that scene that I could see him either telling Wilson, okay, you were right; I should have come to you instead of doing the hookers and drugs and the jumping off the balcony; or else House is telling Wilson, I'm no good for you and you should leave me before I destroy both of us instead of just myself.

As for the thing about the car crashing into a house (Cuddy's place?), I can't really see House doing that on purpose. Could totally see it happening if he were driving too fast and then a little kid ran out into the road, and he lost control of the car when he swerved to miss the kid.
