I wasn't sure if House was pouty about Wilson having arranged for House to go out and have fun, if he was irritated that Wilson was acting like House was his kid and needed a babysitter, or if House was just trying to push Wilson's Guilt Button.

What I did notice that when Wilson sat down at some point in the episode, he immediately put his feet up and unconsciously rubbed his right thigh like House does.
