Does it come across that both fragments feature the same woman? I intended for them to be two different women, so that's interesting.

The way the world "really is" is such a fascinating thing to think about. House (prior to his breakdown) thought he was seeing the world more clearly than everyone else... but I'm not 100 percent sure he was. Or if there's even a single "really is" at all.
